１．経営の方向性及びデジタル技術等の活用の方向性
経済産業省は、2018年12月に発表した「デジタルトランスフォーメーションを推進するためのガイドライン（DX推進ガイドライン）Ver. 1.0」において、DXを下記のように定義しています。
“「企業がビジネス環境の激しい変化に対応し、データとデジタル技術を活用して、顧客や社会のニーズを基に、製品やサービス、ビジネスモデルを変革するとともに、業務そのものや、組織、プロセス、企業文化・風土を変革し、競争上の優位性を確立すること」”
DXとは、データとデジタル技術によって商品やビジネス、業務、企業文化等の変革を成し遂げるものであり、その目的は競争力の維持・獲得・強化を果たすことにあります。
当社はこのことを強く認識し、DXを活用した旅行業運営を目指します。
２．経営及びデジタル技術等の活用の具体的な方策（戦略）
旅行業の世界でもデジタルを活用した様々な機器が開発されています。
当社ではそれらをいち早く採り入れ、提携先とデジタルデータで情報共有を行うなど、精密で迅速な旅行案内、手配を目指します。
３．戦略を効果的に進めるための体制の提示
デジタル技術を活用した旅行案内、手配を推進していくための体制を整えます。社長の蔵本倫大が最高情報責任者を務め、また適任者をDX推進者として任命します。また、デジタル化の推進のための人材確保や研修などを今後実施していく予定です。

去る5/16（日）は社長50回目の誕生日でした。※お祝いは翌日5/17（月）にしました。
4月中旬から計画をし始めました。そしてたまたま私がお客様のFacebookでそこの社長様の似顔絵ケーキを見つけた時に『これだ！」と思いました。
早速他のメンバーに提案したところもちろん賛成してくれました。
そしてどうせなら単なる似顔絵だけでなく・・・と色々アイデアを出し合ってできたのが・・・
馬にまたがって剣を振り上げているナポレオンヲモデルに
エールフランス航空の飛行機にまたがった社長がフランスパンを持っているイメージ！
そしてそれをトモヒロ＋ナポレオンで『トモレオン』と名付けました。
16th May was our boss’s birthday,but it was Sunday.We planned to celebrate him the next day(17th May).
We had been planning since the middle of April.At the same time,when I chanced upon looking at my client’s Facebook, I found a cake painted caricature of their president.
It impressed me so much,and I wished to send our boss a cake similar to that for his 50th birthday.
I suggested it to Yuko and Amo,and they agreed immediately!
And we discussed so much,finally we created a very funny character named TOMOLEON.
TOMOLEON is named by Yoki.
Our boss (TOMOHIRO) rides an airplane with a baguette in right hand like Napoleon rides a horse with a sword in right hand.
Before the covid-19, he visited France many times,but now it is impossible today, and we are longing to be able to go abroad without any restrictions in the near future for him to enjoy France like before covid-19.
That’s why it was named TOMOLEON.
One holiday, I tried to draw TOMOLEON.

El 16 de mayo fue el cumpleaños de nuestro jefe,pero fue Domingo.Nosotros estábamos planeando celebrarlo al día siguiente.
Estábamos planeando desde mediados de Abril .
Y cuando estuve mirando en el Facebook de mi cliente casualmente,, encontré una tarta dibujada por caricatura de sus presidente, y yo quería mandar a mis jefe para su 50° cumpleaños .
Me enamoré mucho y quería que dar a nuestro jefe para 50° cumpleaños.
Yo propondré a Yuko y Amo, y Ellas aprobaron inmediatamente
Y hablamos mucho y por fin hemos creado un carácter muy gracioso…se llama TOMOLEON!
TOMOLEON ha sido nombrado de Yoki.
Nuestro jefe (TOMOHIRO) monta al avión con barra de pan como Napoleón monta al caballo con espada.
Antes de Covid-19 el visitó Francia muchas veces pero ahora imposible y estamos rogando que se pueda viajar por el extranjero sin ninguna restricción dentro de poco para el disfrute en Francia como antes de Covid-19.
Un día de descanso, yo probé a dibujar TOMOLEON!

皆に見せたら大絶賛！
（※学生時代、歴史や音楽鑑賞の授業中に歴史人物と作曲家の落書きを良くやっていた賜物がこれ！）
後は当日このトモレオンケーキをどう披露しサプライズのお祝いをするか！
みんな定時退社をし（正確にはしたふり）、私は営業からその後に帰社し「みんな帰ったんですか？」と社長に聞く！
そして一瞬席を外し（正確にはしたふり）、他のメンバーと合流してサプライズ開始！！
と言った作戦です！
I showed it to other members…They loved it so much.
Next we had to plan how to perform. But it was too difficult because we should never associate him with his birthday.Of course we can’t bring the cake to the office.
We considered so much…Finally it was decided‼
・Yuko keeps the cake at her house,because she lives nearest to the office and is able to pick it up.
・Yuko,Yoki,Amo, leave the office by 17:15 completely.
・I(Yumeko) go out for sales until 17:00,and return to the office after 17:15 and ask our boss
”Has everyone gone home yet?”
At the same time…Yuko,Yoki,and Amo prepare the cake.
Namely, at first we disappoint him once,after that in a moment we surprise him by opening the door of the office suddenly and pulling the party popper and turning off the light,and the celemony begins with the birthday cake.
We were confident of this complete strategy!
Finally,17:00 of the day has come, it’s time to do it!

Seguimos…teníamos que planear cómo hacer.
Pero es muy difícil porque nunca asociamos el con su cumpleaños y no podemos llevar la tarta a la oficina.
Pensábamos mucho…¡Por fin ha decidido!
・Yuko guarda la tarta en su casa,porque ella vive más cerca de la oficina y se puede ir para cogerla.
・Yuko,Yoki,Amo, salen de la oficina hasta las 17:15 completamente.
・Yo(Yumeko) voy a venta hasta las 17:00 y vuelvo a la oficina después de las 17:15.
Y preguntaré a nuestro jefe “Los todos ya se han ido?”
Entonces…Yuko,Yoki,y Amo preparan la tarta.
A ver…al principio lo decepcionamos una vez, después de eso en un momento lo sorprendemos abriendo la puerta de la oficina de repente y tirando del popper de la fiesta y apagando la luz, y la celebración comienza con la tarta de cumpleaños.
Nosotros teníamos confianza en esta estrategia completamente.
Por fin,son las 17:00 de ese día…qué será después?
私は営業先から順調に戻ってきましたが…全員が会社をでるまでに少し時間がかかりどうしよう・・・と思いながら会社の入口に近づいてきたところ、全員出たことを確認！
そして普通に「只今戻りました！」
案の定社長は1人・・・そして、「あれ、みんなもう帰ったんですか？」
平然と普段通りを装いながら他のメンバーがケーキの準備が出来るのを待ち、
準備が出来たとのメッセージが来て、みんなと合流！いざ出陣！
作戦通り突然ドアを開け、電気を消してクラッカーを鳴らす！
驚きのあまり社長の変な叫び声が聞こえ・・・
いよいよケーキ登場！お祝いの始まりです。
I was going back to the office on schedule,I met with Amo near the office.

First Amo opened the door and turned off the light,all of us entered the office pulling party poppers …BAN!BAN!BAN!BAN!!!
At that moment our boss shouted with a strange voice, too much surprise.
We brought the cake with lighting candles “5”and”0” , and said “Happy birthday!!!”

Yo recibí el mensaje…”¡Estamos lista!”
Yo salí del oficina muy naturalmente como si fuera al baño.
Por supuesto nuestro jefe estaba creyendo que yo iba al servicio,y los otros se habían ido completamente.
Y me reuní con los otros…Por fin…Vamos a hacer!
Primero Amo abrió la puerta y apagó la luz, y todos nosotros entramos tirando del popper de la fiesta… BAN!BAN!BAN!BAN!!!
En ese momento nuestro jefe gritó con voz extraña,demasiada sorpresa.
Nosotros llevamos la tarta de cumpleaños con vela formada de número “5” y “0” encendida y dijimos
“¡Feliz cumpleaños!”
作戦成功！そして社長曰く…
「いきなりドアが開いて電気が消えた時ビビったわ～。」
「ホンマの事言うと、ケーキ期待してたけど…ないんや～と思った。」
我々はこの一言を聞いて大満足でした。

For today’s visit, we are digging deeper in Osaka and the city’s history. Let’s visit Tamatsukuri Fushimi Inari shrine.
You probably have already heard the name “Fushimi Inari” right ? you know, THE shrine in Kyoto famous for its +1000 red torii gates. Well, there are in fact hundreds of Fushimi shrines around Japan. Kyoto’s Fushimi happened to be the head shrine, but today we will visit one of Osaka’s Fushimi Shrines.
Situated just 5 min walk from Tamatsukuri station ( near Osaka Castle). Even though the shrine is quite small, it has a long and interesting story:
Due to its location ( near Osaka Castle), Tamatsukuri was at the center of the “Osaka siege” during the Sengoku war. The siege of Osaka Castle was a series of battles undertaken by the Tokugawa shogunate against the Toyotomi clan (powerful samurais), and ending in that clan’s destruction.
You will be able to find some interesting remains of this epic battle around the shrine.
Tamatsukuri fushimi Inari shrine is said to have a 2000 years history but the current buildings are post-war reconstructions. As often with Japanese shrines, you will find a main shrine, and many sub-shrines on the same grounds. At Tamatsukuri, you will find 2 interesting “power spots” ( spiritual spots).
Yonazuga Daimyojin sub-shrine: Yonazuga can be translated as “placenta” ( yes I know!, Yuk!). It is said that Toyotomi Hideyori’s mother’s placenta was buried here after she gave birth to him. It is believed that the bond between a mother and child can not be destroyed, and therefore today, Yonazuga Daimyojin serve as a deity for people who want to strengthen their bonds: was it love, work, friendship or anything else.
The next “must-see” at Tamatsukuri Fushimi Inari Shrine ( and my favourite) is the Torii you can see at the back of the shrine. The Torri has a long history and a deep meaning for the people living in the area.
After the Winter siege of Osaka, the grounds around the castle were on fire and everything was destroyed except this torri, an offering from Toyotomi Hideyori. The torri stood strong for hundreds of years near the Castle, it also survived the War Bombing above Osaka until it finally fell after the Kobe earthquake of 1995. After the devastating earthquake, the remaining top part of the torri was moved to Tamatsukuri shrine. It is now a symbol of strongness.
As any other Fushimi Inari shrine across Japan, you will find a lot of cute foxes statues and Ema ( wooden wishing plates) around the shrine. The ema you can find here are particularly cute : 2 foxes “bonded” together in a heart shape. A must get for anyone who wishes for a strong love bond!
Off the beaten tracks, Tamatsukuri Shrine will make a nice, short visit in the middle of one of Osaka’s busiest districts.
